Shipping

• We currently ship through the United States Postal Service.
• Orders are sent out every other day.
• We charge a $4 shipping and handling fee on all domestic orders under $100. 
• Orders over $100 will receive free priority mail shipping. NICE!!!
• International orders are shipped First Class Mail and have a flat rate fee of $6.75.
• Please allow 10 - 12 business days for International Orders to arrive.
•  For next day Express Shipping, please contact us at maderafinainc@live.com.  There will be an extra $10 charge.

Exchanges/Returns

• Please email us a photo of the item you would like to exchange or return, along with a brief description of the purpose of exchange. Our email is maderafinainc@live.com
• We will then contact you back with all of the exchange information.
• We will only exchange damaged items for the same exact item unless it is out of stock.  All exchanges must be approved.
